Measure twice and cut once Jason. Just about every ECM / DM vendor out there makes claims but it all boils down to what you are looking for and how well their tools fit with your business model / environment. What we've seen is many companies wrapping their processes around a single vendors product when it should be the other way around. I will suggest you narrow down a few vendors, then invite in Autonomy and it's competitors (Hyland, AnyDoc, OpenText etc) to present their solutions, do a comparative analysis and make a decision. They should be working for you and not you working around their tools.

that's what i've done and am doing :) I just see much conflict on the web about the promise versus the reality delivered in the product value and quality... just curious ..
