Contract Management Sytems and Sharepoint

I am looking for recommendations and "challenges" for any contract management systems that run on the Sharepoint (MOSS) 2007 platform. This is for a small company.

I've noticed that Dolphin's name is everywhere, but wonder is that's due to a great product or them spending a lot of money on marketing....
