The bigger issue is whether you want to create a record of every document and email in the first place. Vaporstream Confidential Messaging does not create a record like email so they are not available for discovery. There are many messages created in the business world that are not needed for compliance purposes or as a business record that could ultimately harm your company in the event of litigation. Innocent musings of employees can often be misinterpreted by the courts. Transitory messages are completely unnecessary. Most companies could reduce risk and costs by reducing records on servers and computers.
