Announcing the FAHCDT!

The Financial Assistance and Health Care Documents Taxonomy (better known as the "FAHCDT" -- prounounced "fact") is now available! I've attached an overview. We encourage Minnesota counties to consider implementing the FAHCDT in their financial assistance and health care areas, although it is not at all mandatory at this point, we are moving towards more standardization in case files, and this is one way to start.

Financial assistance and health care files transfer around the state so frequently that it will save staff time if we have more consistency in how these files are organized, imaged or not.
