Bob,
Your question (A Question for those of you using BPM) led me to believe you were really asking, but it looks like from your credentials that you already know the answer. If everyone in the organization doesn't buy in to any quality initiative wether it's TQM, Six Sigma, or whatever, it's doomed to failure. The only reason BPM exists is Quality. Get the workers, employees, whatever you want to call them, get them involved in the process. Quality isn't about instilling fear in the employee, it's about empowering them to be the best they can be at whatever they do.
If a process shows signs of needing improvement, it's not the employee who is penalized, it's the process that gets refined.

Dear Mr. Bob Larrivee,

Over the last six years ShareMinds Technologies (Montreal, Canada), has developed the next generation solution in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) market and has now launched "ShareMinds", the worlds most advanced and only "Software As A Service" (SaaS)/ On-Demand solution in the ECM market that Services multiple large enterprise clients from a single deployment with each participating client having independent administration of their data and users in a fully secured environment. ShareMinds is built on Cloud-based computing concept with unlimited scalability. Cloud-based SaaS providers of ShareMinds have built-in customer management and billing tools.

Risks associated with developing the technology and validating the performance and business benefits have all been incurred. We see several opportunities for major partnership and we are building a management team that has a proven track record.

The company is at a tipping point in its growth with a substantial window of opportunity to grow.

The shareholders are seeking small / large strategic partners with the expertise and means to assist its product evolution and growth, in its existing and new vertical markets, domestically and globally. (Expansion or entry into the Financial Services, Healthcare, Transportation or Education markets)

We are open to exploring all options, including stock-options, revenue sharing, strategic business relationships, international distribution rights, or other transactions that help accelerate the growth of the company.

We invite you for a dialogue to explore mutual opportunities. Please let us know the convenient schedule for a telephone discussion.

Regards,

Ioanis (John) Roumeliotis
